Collection from Shop

Should you wish to order your sweets and collect them from the Log Cabin in Erskine, please choose the 'Collect from shop' shipping option during checkout.

You must pay online during the checkout process through our secure checkout.

Collection from the Log Cabin will then be available on production of your checkout receipt.

Please note that this option can only be used if you are going to collect your items from the Log Cabin.

Free Local Delivery

If you reside in the Erskine (PA8), Bishopton (PA7) or Renfrew (PA4) areas, we offer free delivery for you on orders over £10.00

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

All deliveries sent by courier and Royal Mail Tracking delivery

We dispatch orders Monday-Friday (working days only). Your sweets should be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date you ordered unless you receive a telephone call or email if anything is out of stock.

Royal Mail orders will be sent by regular Royal Mail recorded delivery post and are delivered with your normal post. Courier will be sent by our assigned courier company and will take 2-4 days delivery. If you opt for the Courier your order will have a 1-2 day delivery we recommend you use this if you order bread.

If you have requested that your package be left in a safe place, your Royal Mail post person will endeavour to follow your instructions, but if they believe the item may damaged or that the location is not safe enough they won’t leave it. If you have requested your parcel to be left it's at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.

Where special instructions are supplied for the courier or Royal Mail, these instructions are provided at your own risk. You must ensure that this is a safe option for your delivery as we can't take responsibility for orders asked to be left in places for your convenience and not signed for.

If they cannot deliver your parcel they will leave a card notifying you and return the parcel to your local sorting office. You can then either collect from the sorting office or contact them directly to arrange redelivery – full details of these options are on the card that’s left.

If your order is sent by courier you will recieve instructions with your dispatch confirmation email on how to track the status of your delivery.

Please remember weight of packaging is added to your order

British Forces Overseas (BFPO) Please select 'BFPO' from the Country dropdown list when sending to BFPO locations. Due to postage restrictions we are unable to send goods that weigh more than 2kg (1.9kg sweets + package weight) to BFPO addresses. Please note that sending to Afghanistan is free of change using BFPO Please can you contact us prior to ordering to confirm the BFPO details.

International Delivery
If you are buying or sending Allmarks Sweets goods outside of the UK we use Royal Mail Air Mail. This is not a trackable service and delivery times vary enormously depending on the destination country. In our experience it can take up to 21 days for some countries.

Due to overseas postage restrictions we are unable to send goods that weigh more than 2kg (1.9kg sweets + package weight) overseas using this service.
