5 Tasty and relatively long-lasting Posted by Jim on 8th Feb 2013 These were as good as I remember high quality Pontefract cakes being. Slightly hard and therefore last longer than other brands, but still have the wonderful rich licuorice flavour after a few seconds. Addictive, to me, and difficult not to eat too many at once, they are so delicious!
